Our Certifications
Our Quality inspectors are responsible for ensuring goods are made to order specification. Our extensive inspection protocol comprises- pre production , in line and post production inspections to ensure goods comply with the pre set quality standards. Every product is critically assessed for technical workmanship, key risk areas and over all optic to ensure our customers receive quality proof premium products.
PACKAGING & QUALITY CONTROL
Packaging is a crucial pillar of the final packaged product. To ensure our goods are safe in transit we have dedicated “Dehumidification Rooms” with Bry Air machines to keep moisture levels at the bare minimum. Coupled with this we load our products with the right amount of anti-moisture & antifungal dessicants as an added layer of protection.
SUPPLY CHAIN
The prime focus of the BG leadership has been in building a strong supply chain since its inception giving us a competitive advantage.
Our Tanneries are LWG Certified. Leathers are sourced from a mix of Indian & International tanneries (Brazil, Korea, Italy etc). Our Signature Leathers include 100% Vegetable Tanned aniline leathers ,natural dry milled, printed dry milled leathers, hunters, oil pull ups etc.
We use standardised & imported hardware to ensure uniformity to the largest extent possible
We have partnered with looms in Western and Southern India – who facilitate procurement of organic and recycled cottons and canvases – and the benefit of certifications (GOTS/GRS) for these materials can be passed on to our customers.
